We are proud to announce that five students from the Trumbull High School Class of 2023 were named National Merit Finalists.
To be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, Semifinalists must fulfill several requirements to advance to the Finalist level of the competition. In September, our students were named Semifinalists in the 68th annua l National Merit Scholarship Program. About 95 percent of the Semifinalists are expected to attain Finalist standing, and about half of the Finalists will win a National Merit Scholarship, earning the Merit Scholar title. Our students are now in considerat ion for 7,250 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $28 million offered this spring.
Congratulations to Nandham Aditya Anandha Kumar, Reshma Kode, Kateri na Nguyen, Alex Sparks -Bakota, and Elizabeth Steeves!!
